Description Construction of 2, 3 & 4 bed detached and semi-detached houses. External frame consisted of Kingspan light- weight steel structure, in-situ concrete floor on steel deck. Painted and plastered to blockwork externally, concrete stairs, hardwood joinery and fitted kitchens & wardrobes. The main surface water and foul sewer was directionally drilled under the N7 Roscrea Bypass, 8 metres deep, to allow connection of the other side to the Bypass.
