Jacqueline , a founding Director of K&J Townmore , is responsible for overall Office and Support Operations , and has , within her remit , the Administrative and HR Functions in the Company. These functions relate to payroll , payments , general administration and resourcing , people and employment-related issues , and Company HR Policy.
Jacqueline has extensive industry experience which pre-dates her founding of K&J Townmore. Her experience is supported by her professional qualifications in Accountancy and HR , and she previously worked for several blue-chip Companies covering the Banking , Retail , and Construction Sectors. Her role is key in supporting the overall business and in ensuring Company Policies are rigorously adhered to , particularly where Townmore People are concerned.
