Seamus is a highly experienced Contract Manager with over 10 years construction experience. He has extensive experience in School projects, medical and office accommodation projects. He has full responsibility of overseeing the job to include co-ordination of Subcontractors, liaising with the Architect & Client regularly, site meeting attendance, Health & Safety and Quality Management. He has responsibility for the M&E co-ordination, contract programming, progress reports and the upkeep of the Quality & Safety systems, which involves the completion of external Audits alongside an external Safe T Auditor and the H.S.A
